About

PDFJade is a set of PDF tools that run entirely in your browser. You open a page, choose a file, and the result is built on your own device.

That means no accounts, no watermarks, and no copy of your document sitting on someone else's server. It also means a few jobs are out of reach, such as turning a PDF into an editable Word file, and we say so rather than hide it.

If a tool misbehaves with one of your files, write to [email protected] and mention the tool and what you expected.

What PDFJade doesn't do

Converting PDF to editable Word, Excel or PowerPoint, or Office files to PDF. Doing that well needs heavy server software.
Editing the existing text of a PDF. You can add text, images and shapes on top in the Studio, not rewrite a paragraph in place.
Signature requests with an audit trail. You can sign a PDF yourself, but not send it to others to sign and track it.
Cloud storage, history or team accounts. Nothing is kept, so there is nothing to come back to.
Very large jobs on weak devices. A 500-page scan on an old phone will be slow, because your phone does the work.
