## Private by design

The pages are drawn and converted on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which means no waiting for a server and no copy of your document left behind.

## Good to know

150 dpi is plenty for screens and email. Use 300 dpi if the images will be printed. Higher resolution also means a bigger file and more time.

## Questions

### Is the text still sharp?

At 150 dpi and above, yes. Text becomes part of the picture, so it can no longer be selected.

### Why did it fail on a long file?

Big pages at 300 dpi use a lot of memory. Try a lower resolution or convert a few pages at a time.
